Persona Creation Architecture
Every AI Tourism Ambassador follows a structured process of identity creation, governance and human approval before interacting with the public.
The persona begins with a documented brief, likeness and voice consent, and a client-signed identity charter. Nothing is generated before the paperwork is complete.
The persona itself is authored as a governed artefact: knowledge boundaries, tone, refusal rules and disclosure metadata are locked in. This step is deliberately isolated from any content production.
Every persona passes SGI, IT Rules 2026, DPDP and bias checks. Watermarking, provenance metadata and audit logs are attached before the persona is allowed into a content workflow.
No autonomous publishing. The client's designated reviewers approve every live output through a checkpoint with a full audit trail — accountability stays with the client, not the algorithm.
Only content signed off by the human reviewer reaches the public — carrying its disclosure, watermark and provenance record end-to-end.
